TRANSFER PRINTING

We do a few methods of transfer printing here at JSA, we offer Cad Cut transfer printing and also screen print transfers.

Pro's:

  • No minimum orders!

  • Lots of great effects can be achieved, for examples glitter, metallic & reflect transfers.

  • Works great on clothing, bags, jackets, hi visibility work wear, table cloths & a whole range of products.

  • Works well on cotton/polyester, poly cotton blends & nylon.

Con's

  • There is only so much detail that can be achieved with cad cut transfers, small text and distressed looks can be an issue. (It's always worth showing us your artwork if you are unsure.)

  • It's better suited for artwork with 1-2 colours. We can offer full colour transfers but they are not as durable as screen printing or embroidery.

How it works.

.

  • Artwork Setup. First we need to convert your artwork into a usable format, don't worry if your unsure if your artwork is in the correct format we can take one look and let you know if we need to convert it or if it's already where we need it.

  • Approval. We will send you a visual for approval before we start the print process.

  • Printing. Once you have approved your artwork we will get started with either making the screen printed transfers which is screen printing but instead of going onto the clothing we print onto a transfer paper which we can then coat in adhesive and use for the job, or if it's Cad Cut we will cut your design on from the vinyl and peel away the excess and finally print the finished design onto your shirt under  press which applied the right amount of heat and pressure needed.
